Website Privacy

To fulfil your order, we will request certain information relevant to the production and delivery of your requirements. These may include: Your name, email address, postal address, payment details and other information relevant to a transaction. Depending on the nature of your order, we may also require additional information.

​You will only be asked for information that is required for your order and the appropriate shipping. All order forms, invoices, emails and social media accounts are password protected and can only be accessed by Dwynwen to ensure that information is kept securely.

Information We Collect

Your information may be collected through the following:
- Through our website’s online enquiry forms.
- By email correspondence. 
- Through direct messages via our social media platforms.
- Over the phone.
- In person should you meet us at an event where we are exhibiting our services.

How Your Information May Be Collected

The information we request is required to produce or deliver your order and provide you with our full service. We also require your information for other purposes such as:
- Record keeping for legal and regulatory reasons.

Why Your Information Is Collected

We will never sell your data to a third party.
In some circumstances it may be necessary to share some information to process your order. These include:
- Design files that are sent to our printing partners.
- Delivery details which are sent to couriers and postal services.
- HM Revenue & Customs who may require reporting of data in certain circumstances.
 
These third parties will only receive the information necessary to perform the services required.

Information Sharing

Dwynwen will retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with the services requested. This includes information gathered through your order forms, emails, your contact details and any other information provided for inclusion on the products ordered. We continually review information held and delete what is no longer required. Invoices will be kept for 7 years for tax regulations. However, in certain circumstances we may also be required to retain this information to comply with legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce agreements.

​Dwynwen reserves the right to retain all electronic design files created for customers for as long as required for use within our portfolio as samples of our work, however your information within the design file will be replaced with sample text.

Data Retention

Dwynwen reserves the right to retain physical, printed, samples of completed orders for portfolio and marketing purposes. This may include photographing the completed design for use on our website and social media. Contact details such as phone numbers, email addresses or street addresses will be covered or otherwise blurred from view if posted online. Your names and additional details of your wedding or event such as the date and venues are not automatically removed, however we can do so on request. 

​Printed copies of your order that include your personal details will not be included in our Sample Packs. We may however include a generic copy of any Custom Design orders created for you, with your information replaced with sample text.

Promotional Purposes

If you have previously placed an order and have submitted information to us, you can request to have your data deleted from our records at any time.

​You may request details of the personal information we hold for you at any time, under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

If you believe that any information we are retaining on you is incorrect or incomplete, please inform us as soon as possible so that we are able to amend the information held.
